About Us

Our Story

As millennials something we found was that it was hard to make friends especially if it didn't revolve around drinking and hedonistic culture. We were at a point in our lives where we were recovering from burnout and wanted to be in environments that supported our social wellness and realised that there wasn't much available. We couldn't find many places or events to go to that you could go to fill your cup and you could leave feeling better unless you were into running clubs. Which were cool, but it wasn't what we were looking for.

Some of the places we did find were overly spiritual and didnt really resonate with us. We found that as adults it's easy to get stuck in the motions of life and often people end up looking for escapism because there are not many offerings for rest, recovery and connection.

Whilst there are lots of fitness clubs and groups you can join, we found that sometimes looking after yourself isn't always going for a run or eating healthy sometimes it looks like slowing down, being present, connecting with others and doing something for your inner child.

So we decided to create it ourselves.

Welcome to The Art of Healing.

We create events that focus on community and wellness using science backed methods and activities.

Our Mission

We created The Art of Healing because we wanted to focus on creating social and wellness experiences in real life. As millennials we've seen how disconnected and burnt out every one is because of the rise of social media and working from home. We’ve seen first hand what it was like before the internet took over and we want to turn back the clock.

What started out as personal exploration for remedies for burnout and stress we realised these experiences were far too common and more detrimental to our wellbeing than we realise, especially after Covid and the rise of working from home.

So our goal is simple, we want to make the world happier, healthier and less lonely.

So come join us because healing happens in community, not in solitude.

At the very least you will leave feeling better.
