FLOATING SOUND BATH IN THE CITY
Feeling the weight of a busy week?
Tired… but still wired?
You’re doing all the right things.
Working hard.
Holding it together.
But even when you stop… your body doesn’t fully switch off.
That’s not a motivation problem.
It’s a nervous system that hasn’t felt safe enough to rest.
This is your permission to stop trying.
Lie back on warm, still water and let sound do the work for you.
Join The Art of Healing for Floating Sound Bath in the City:
A deeply immersive floating sound bath designed to calm your nervous system and gently release built-up tension, using carefully layered frequencies and live instruments.
No effort.
No performance.
No guided visualisation to follow.
Just sound.
Water.
Support.
You float.
The sound does the rest.
For 90 minutes, nothing is required of you.
What to Expect
- A calm arrival and time to settle onto your stable floating bed (no swimming required)
- 45-50 minute immersive floating sound bath using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other live instruments (Led by sound and vibration rather than narration.)
- High-quality headphones for full immersion, volume adjustable to suit your comfort
- A gentle return so you leave feeling calm, clear and restored
Total session time: approx. 75-90 minutes.
The beds are secure and stationary once you're settled, allowing your body to fully relax without needing to stabilise.
The sound gradually builds and softens, there are no sudden surprises.
Some people drift in and out of sleep.
Some remain quietly aware.
Natural movement or light snoring is completely normal.
All of it is welcome.
If it’s your first time experiencing a sound bath, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Is This For You?
Perfect if you:
- Struggle to fully switch off
- Feel overstimulated or mentally busy
- Want deep rest without needing to “perform” meditation
If you’re simply looking for a guided meditation, this may feel quieter than expected.
If you’re ready to be supported into rest, you’ll feel right at home.
